Reservation Bookings

To confirm your reservation kindly send your credit card information (credit card number and expiration date) via email for us to deduct a 30% deposit or if you would like you can pay the full amount in advance now.

Please be advised that a 4% service charge for handling credit cards will be charged to every transaction made with a credit card with the transaction in Belizean Dollars. If the reservation is made within 28 days of arrival date, a credit card deposit is required within 24 hours of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made 30 days prior to expected date of arrival a service fee of US $30.00 will be charged to your credit card.

For cancellations 8 to 15 days prior to arrival date, a 50% charge will be made.

For cancellations less than 8 days prior to arrival, the total amount will be charged.
